The Importance of Regular Anchor Features on Your Blog Great post by Charlottesville marketing consultant Marijean Jaggers (whose name I am massively envious of…) on providing direction for your blog. I probably should pay attention to this. WTF? Friday: Four Facebook Mistakes Businesses Make Today is point out Marijean’s amazing posts day for Around the Web. Everyone and anyone who runs a facebook page should read this post. Educate Truth does not know what is going on at La Sierra University Not to toot my horn, but everyone who takes anything Educate Truth says seriously should be reminded of this [...]

Admission: Educate Truth admits to not knowing what is going on at La Sierra University

For those unfamiliar with the ongoing saga at La Sierra University, the school is being attacked by a fundamentalist witch hunt led by Shane Hilde and Sean Pitman who want the school to lose accreditation and stop teaching the science of evolution in favor of their narrow beliefs. They have set up a website, “Educate Truth,” to try and force the University to only teach what subscribes to their narrow views. They have been unrelenting, despite the fact that they have no evidence apart from hearsay from a few students with grudges against certain teachers. It will come as a [...]

General Conference administration ordered story on La Sierra biologist pulled from Adventist News Network website

Adventist News Network has responded to my request for comment to explain why their excellent article on La Sierra University biology professor Lee Grismer’s exploits was pulled from their website. Best wishes, Liz This leaves a number of questions unanswered: Who in the General Conference was so offended that the the article was published that they sent “instructions” to ANN to pull an excellent article about an Adventist academic’s work. And why? Did the recent post by [...]

Hey Look! The attention whores are at it again!

Hey Look! The attention whores are at it again!

Will they ever get over themselves? Seriously? When will people decide enough is enough with this ridiculous witch hunt? I honestly thought they would be done by now. When will church leaders decide enough is enough from these thoroughly discredited hacks? First, they make baseless accusations against La Sierra University. Then, Pacific Union College. Now they’re on the warpath against Andrews.
